Use oneclick™ Gateway

To define how your users access their destination, adjust the corresponding usage settings in the App Configuration.

Enable the toggle Use oneclick™ Gateway if the connection should be established via the oneclick™ Gateway. This provides a secure, centrally managed connection to the destination.

Activate the Gateway:

1. In the menu, click the Apps tab and select App Configurations.
2. Find the desired configuration and click the List icon to open the detail view.
3. In the "Settings" tile, click the Pencil icon to edit the configuration.
4. Scroll further down and set the switch to Customize under “Usage settings”.
5. Enable the toggle Use oneclick™ gateway. Optional: To allow your users to choose between Gateway and direct streaming, activate the checkbox "Changeable by the user".
6. Click Save to apply your changes.
