Clipboard

In the expanded menu, you will find the clipboard of oneclick™. This serves as a temporary storage and for the transmission of texts between your local device and the app. If the browser asks you, allow access to the clipboard. Then use copy and paste as usual.

Clipboard not working?

If your clipboard is not working despite being enabled in your browser and allowed by your administrator, try logging out of Windows completely or restarting your system.

Have you tried to transfer large amounts of data via clipboard redirection (copy and paste) and this process failed?

Redirection through the clipboard can only be used for copying texts, not for files, as these are not transferred for security reasons.

To transfer files, use one of the following methods:

Upload files

In the expanded oneclick™ menu, click on the Folder icon.
Your data will be stored in the “Hybrid App Share on oneclick” drive.

oneclick™ HybridDrive

To transfer files, use the oneclick™ Hybrid Drive.
Exchange of files between the local device and your oneclick™ app. Simply drag and drop the file into the app window.

Cloud-Storage

Use of other cloud storage services such as OneDrive.
