Improvements​

Clearer set password screen​

The screen for setting your password now has a clearer title — "Set password" — that fits every situation, whether you are setting a password for the first time or choosing a new one. A new help link, "Why do I need to set a password?", explains why a password is needed and makes clear that setting it does not change your Microsoft, Google, or company sign-in password.

Postpone a scheduled shutdown until a date you choose​

If your administrator has enabled it, you can now postpone a system's automatic shutdown from your desk tile until a date you choose — not just skip the next scheduled stop.

Simpler "destination not ready" message​

When you connect to a system whose last known status is "not ready", the message is now shorter and clearer. It explains that oneclick™ still tries to connect automatically, and what to do if the connection cannot be established — without the technical troubleshooting that only an administrator can carry out.

Bug Fixes​

  • System tile status now updates on its own: When you connect to a system whose tile still shows grey ("not ready"), the tile now updates to green by itself once the system is reachable — without a manual sync.
  • "Reset credentials" no longer leads to an error loop: If signing in when opening an app fails, "Reset credentials" now lets you enter your credentials again instead of sending you back to the error screen.
  • oneclick™ Assist input field works from an active app: Basic users can now type in the oneclick™ Assist chat when opening it from a running app. The input field no longer loses focus after a click.
  • Reliable logout with Hybrid Drive: Users with Hybrid Drive can now log out reliably, and their Hybrid Drive session is properly ended.
  • "Screen too small" notice stays open: On mobile devices, the notice that the screen is too small no longer closes on its own after a few seconds — you dismiss it yourself once you have read it.
  • Registration form fixes: The country field no longer keeps its placeholder as text you have to delete first, and the consent checkbox now shows the correct terms label and links to a valid page.

Improvements​

Smoother 2FA experience​

Two-factor sign-in now handles everyday situations more gracefully. You have three attempts to enter the correct code before you are signed out. If your account has multiple 2FA methods configured, a method chooser inside the sign-in dialog lets you switch between authenticator app, SMS, and email — switching back and forth no longer triggers duplicate codes.

Faster, more modern Hybrid Drive​

Hybrid Drive — the drive mounted in oneclick™ — now has a noticeably faster file browser, refreshed sharing, an activity feed, and richer collaboration features. oneclick™ branding and dark mode are applied throughout, sign-in carries over seamlessly from the platform, and you can manage personal security settings (for example a guided first-time password setup) directly inside the drive. Signing out of the platform also ends the drive session.

Streaming that adapts to your connection​

App streaming now adjusts to the bandwidth available on your device. On slower connections, the platform automatically lowers the streaming rate so latency stays low instead of spiking. If a connection does drop, it is restored without any action from you.

Apps open without a security warning​

When you open an app via the oneclick™ Gateway, the RDP client used to show a security warning about an "Unknown publisher" before starting the session. That warning no longer appears — your app starts straight away.

See at a glance which destinations are available​

When you can pick a destination from a pool inside an app tile, destinations currently in maintenance are now greyed out. You see at a glance which systems are available and avoid picking one that wouldn't connect right now.

Bug Fixes​

  • Desk sidebar closes after opening Product support: The sidebar on your oneclick™ desk now closes as expected after you open Product support from it.
