Clearer messages and self-service when the session limit is reached
When you try to open an app and the session limit is reached, you will now see a more informative message — and in some cases you can resolve the issue yourself.
- If all available sessions are taken by other users, a message informs you and recommends trying again later or contacting your administrator.
- If you have reached your own session limit, you can now close one of your active sessions directly from the message and start the app immediately.
This means you no longer need to contact support when you have blocked yourself — you can simply close your own session and continue.
