Using Firefox​

Camera and microphone access in Firefox​

For a stable connection, camera and microphone require a dedicated IPv4 address. With dynamic or shared IP addresses, limitations may occur. If your device is not recognized, check whether a static IPv4 address is available.

Multi-monitor usage in Firefox​

When moving a Firefox window to a second monitor, there may be a short delay. During this time, the window may initially appear only as a blank frame before fully rendering.

Using the clipboard in Firefox​

To use the clipboard in Firefox, it must first be activated. This can be done in two ways:

  1. Enable clipboard access directly in Firefox settings.
  2. Perform a copy-paste action in the clipboard window: Select text, copy it using Ctrl + C or right-click → Copy and paste it using Ctrl + V or right-click → Paste into the clipboard window.

 

Note on webcam usage in Safari​

Safari currently supports only specific video formats. For smooth playback, please use an alternative browser such as Chrome, Edge, or Firefox.
