Hardware and software requirements

oneclick™ is independent of the operating system and runs completely in the web browser. Therefore, any device equipped with one of the web browsers supported by oneclick™ can be used for working.

Supported web browsers

For optimal performance, it is urgently necessary to use the latest available version of a web browser and perform regular updates.

We recommend the use of Google Chrome (Chromium, version 109 or higher).

Furthermore we support:

  • Apple Safari, version 16.3 or higher* -only for mobile devices-
  • Microsoft Edge, version 109 or higher (no longer recommended)

* WebRTC from OS 11 on and macOS High Sierra 10.13. In addition, it is only usable with restrictions because specific key combinations (e.g. alt + Tab) are not passed from the local device to the connected system even in full-screen mode.

Hardware requirements

The connection to oneclick™ is possible through various end devices. With regard to the individual manufacturers, no restrictions in terms of scope and performance in use are known to date.

The connection with your end device is mapped through HTTPS/TLS. The TCP port 443 is used for this purpose.

Deployment of common applications

If you want to deploy common applications using oneclick™ (app license standard), you need at least a thin client with the following data to use oneclick™:

  • CPU: 4 Cores
  • RAM: 8 GB

Deployment of graphics-intensive applications

If you want to deliver graphics-intensive applications through oneclick™ (App License High Performance), you need at least a thin client with the following data to use oneclick™:

  • CPU: 4 Cores
  • RAM: 8 GB

Usage of older devices

When using older devices, we recommend testing the use of oneclick™ in case of high latency sensitivity. These may not have sufficient system resources to display web pages and JavaScript at the desired speed.
