Potential causes of connection errors
If a connection error is displayed...
- Check whether your destination is switched on.
- Check the provided data on your destination.
- It may be that your destinations's firewall is blocking the access of oneclick™. Whitelist all oneclick™ IP addresses.
- If you have connected a destination through the oneclick™ mesh, check the requirements to the oneclick™ mesh.
- If you encounter errors during app startup, you can find further information on possible causes and solutions under Login Errors.
If you made changes, click on the status check icon in the row of your destination. Here, oneclick™ checks for all self-connected devices/resources whether the resource is "responding". If the resource is connected via RDP, the system checks whether the RDP service is active.
