Log in to the remote system with a different user account

If you use multiple user accounts for a remote system, you can specify which account you want to use to log in. To do this, open the app settings and save the credentials of the required user account.

oneclick™ Desk required This setting is available on the oneclick™ Desk. Only users with a Professional license have access to this advanced setting.

Select a different user account

1. On the app tile, click the Gear icon.
   
2. Under Destination, you can see the remote system for which you are changing the credentials. Enter the credentials of the required user account.
3. Click Save.
   
4. When you open the app, oneclick™ uses the newly saved credentials.
