Hybrid Drive App assignment does not take effect
When you assign the Hybrid Drive App to a oneclick™ user, the assignment sometimes does not take effect: you assign the app, but the change is not applied and the user does not gain access to the Hybrid Drive App.
You cannot resolve this yourself in the oneclick™ Admin — reassigning the app or having the user log out and back in does not help. In these cases, create a support ticket so that our support team can synchronize the Hybrid Drive App for the affected users.
