Is a backup solution available in oneclick™?

You can use any system as a backup system. If you have no preference, we will be happy to advise you. Get in touch with us.

Is it possible to connect external storage to oneclick™?

Yes, you will need the Professional User License, which includes the Hybrid Drive App. In this app you can connect external storage, such as SMB shares or cloud storage, such as Dropbox. The files that you want to use within your applications can then be dragged and dropped into the mounted drive “Hybrid App Share on oneclick”.

Is an on-premises version of oneclick™ available?

No, you cannot install oneclick™ on your own servers. However, you can connect and deliver any of your own infrastructure to oneclick™.

The implementation of an on-premises version of oneclick ™ for enterprise customers is possible as a project order.

What types of applications can I connect and deliver in oneclick™?

It is possible to connect the following types of applications:

  1. Connections to servers with Windows or Linux applications:
    You can deliver desktops, terminals or individual applications.
  2. Cloud resources with Windows or Linux applications:
    You can deliver desktops, terminals or individual applications.
  3. Web resources, such as internal or public websites or applications:
    These are opened through “browser-in-browser” technology in an isolated container managed by oneclick™ and optionally made available with single sign-on.
Is it possible to additionally secure my oneclick™ applications?

You can restrict access to the oneclick™ Workspace using 2-factor authentication via SMS or Google Authenticator from any IP address. In addition, you are able to black or whitelist certain IP addresses.

Apart from this, you can also secure sensitive applications individually.

Is it possible to integrate my printer into oneclick™?

You can use the print function in oneclick™ to create a PDF file and print it locally.

As an alternative, we offer a cloud printing service by Printix, which allows you to print remotely from your home.

Is it possible to use USB devices with oneclick™?

Since oneclick™ is 100% browser based, you currently cannot connect USB end devices directly. Due to security restrictions you cannot use them in your applications and desktops.

Currently, USB devices can only be integrated into oneclick™ using our partner solution from SEH, e.g. for dongles and other USB end devices.

Which protocols can be used with oneclick™?

The protocols RDP, VNC, SSH and Telnet can be selected.

Which VPN options can be connected with oneclick™?

You can connect you infrastructure via VPN IPsec to oneclick™. With oneclick™, VPN IPsec site-to-site connections can be established via an automatic mode or an extensive manual mode. We support IKEV1 and IKEV2 with all common algorithms. More requirements you view in the article Connection via VPN IPsec.
