Change language, mobile number and password

For users: change password and language

You can change the language and the password in the menu (sidebar) under “Edit profile”.

If you have forgotten your password, you can change it by clicking on Forgot password during login.

 

For administrators: change language and mobile number

You can change the language or the mobile number in the administration area of oneclick™:

  1. In the “Administration” tab, click Users.
  2. Go to the detail page of your user by clicking on .
  3. In the “user name” tile, click on .
  4. Change the language or mobile number and click Save. If you want to reset a password, you can click on and click perform action.

For administrators: change password

  1. In the “Administration” tab, click Users.
  2. Go to the detail page of your user by clicking on .
  3. Click onto .
    • Select “Without sending e-mail” if you want to tell your user an one-time password. Copy the password and click Save.
    • If you want the user to change his password by himself, select “Send link by e-mail” and then click on Save.
