Image problems

If your app is not displayed correctly (e.g. if the image is truncated), set the browser zoom and the system zoom to 100%.

First check whether the browser zoom is disabled.

A problem also occurs when a system-wide zoom (scale) is enabled on a local Windows device. Check this in the Windows settings. Open the “Display Settings” by right-clicking on the desktop. Here you can change the scale.

Two scale levels can be compensated:

  • If you have set a scale of 125%, you can compensate for this with a browser zoom of 80%.
  • If you have set a scale of 200%, you can compensate this with a browser zoom of 50%.

Be sure to set the scale for all screens the same!
