Direct delivery of an app (like Office 365)

You have the possibility to deliver your app directly to integrate it for example in Office 365, Google G Suite. The app launches automatically if you use an identity provider to access oneclick™, such as Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) for Office 365.

In order to integrate apps provided in oneclick ™ in another workspace (e.g. Office 365, Google G Suite), you need the URL of this app. Before you can do this, you must have created users with their Azure AD e-mail address and apps for them in the oneclick™ administration.
You can use this URL also to access your app faster. Place the link at your desktop or create a bookmark in your browser.

Deploy apps in oneclick™

  1. Buy oneclick™ user licenses
  2. Create user
  3. Buy oneclick™ app licenses
  4. Link a cloud subscription in oneclick™ (optional)
  5. Create a cloud resource or connect a resource
  6. Create app configuration for a web, on-premise or cloud resource
  7. Assign Apps

Copy URL for multiple identical apps

  1. Click on the Apps tab in the oneclick™ menu and then App configurations.
  2. Select the app configuration you want to link and click on to go to the detail page.
  3. Copy the app configuration URL by clicking on .
  4. You can insert this URL centrally for all users who are to receive the same app (e.g. in Office 365). If you want to be logged in to oneclick™ at the same time as logging in to Azure AD, add /login/azure after your URL.
You can also drag this link to the desktop of your local device or to your bookmarks.
The user recognition via e.g. Azure AD ensures that each user can only open his assigned app.

Copy URL for a single app

  1. Click on the Apps tab in the oneclick™ menu.
  2. Select the app you want to link and click on to go to the detail page.
  3. Copy the app URL by clicking on .
  4. You can insert the URL for exactly this user (e.g. in Office 365). If you want to be logged in to oneclick™ at the same time as logging in to Azure AD, add /login/azure after your URL.
You can also drag this link to the desktop of your local device or to your bookmarks.

Integrate link

For information on how to insert the link into your Office 365 Workspace, please refer to the vendor documentation (e.g. for Office 365).

Activate Azure AD once at oneclick™

  1. If you and your users have not yet logged into oneclick™ via Azure AD, the oneclick™ login screen will appear the first time you open the app .
  2. Now click on Login with Azure AD.
  3. As admin you can accept the use of Azure AD for oneclick™ once for all users.

If you are registered in oneclick ™ with an e-mail address other than the e-mail address of your identity provider (e.g. Azure AD), you must log in to oneclick ™ each time you open the app.
