Several reasons can be given for a non-functioning connection.
- Check the internet connection of your server location and your local device.
- Please check your details. To do so, go to Connections in the menu under “Resources” and click on , to open the detail page of the corresponding connection. Also check the specified destinations.
- By clicking , you navigate back to the overview. Click and compare the settings of your connections firewall with the information in the PDF.
