What costs occur with a cloud subscription?

There are different cloud subscriptions that differ in scope, performance and pricing. The most common models are “reserved services” at a fixed price for a defined period of time (e.g. 1 month or 1 year) or “actual consumption” (also called “pay-as-you-go”) at variable prices for consumed units (e.g. per minute, per megabyte, per license).
